ABOUT

I grew up on a steady diet of Mang Ambo, Mel Brooks, Monty Python, MAD Magazine, and Marvel Comics in Manila, Philippines.
 

I've spent the last few years around Europe, North America, and Asia working in management consulting, manufacturing, start-ups, and social impact, carving out time to draw in between creating slides for clients and whiteboarding with entrepreneurs.

Though I trained in the use of different media, traveling for work led me to focus on pen and ink, the most portable art supplies. Sketching on long-haul flights taught me to create through clear skies and bumpy rides, crying babies and snoring seatmates.

I primarily do cartoons, comics, and caricatures, but I'm working on a few other art projects as well.
